Relaxing Spa Experience

I had the chance to visit the Five Senses Spa, which was a serene retreat. The ambiance was incredibly calm, perfect for unwinding. Fun for Kids

My stay at this hotel was sadly quite disappointing. While the staff did their best and the animation team was fantastic, the overall cleanliness and food quality left much to be desired. The environment felt uninviting and unsanitary, and I found myself preferring to eat out rather than risk the meals provided at the hotel.

I had a pretty tough time during my stay at this hotel. Despite the beautiful surroundings and an incredible animation team, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The food quality was shocking, we really struggled to find meals we could eat, and the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. It's a shame because the potential is there, but it wasn't executed well at all.
